The Rhythm Circle is an interactive music workshop that transforms the audience into an actively participating community. Everyone receives an instrument – a djembe or other percussion instrument – and, under the guidance of an experienced facilitator, joins in creating a common rhythm. No musical experience is necessary; the group quickly synchronizes, and within minutes, everyone becomes part of the common pulse.
The format boosts mood and energy, develops active listening and trust within the team, and non-verbal communication sparks creativity in the workplace. It is suitable for team building, festivals, schools, and public events – scalable from 20 to 150+ participants, indoors or outdoors.

A spectacular experience in which dance, fire, and music intertwine in a captivating visual narrative. The Bright Eye performance is both a powerful climax and a poetic ritual – it can be explosive and emotional or quiet, hypnotic, and profound.
The format is flexible – it can be performed as a complete show or in modules throughout the evening, with themed costumes, a branded “burning” logo, and rare fire instruments. The team ensures complete safety and obtains the necessary permits, working in sync with the location, program, and audience.

An interactive workshop with one of the most magnetic contemporary instruments – the handpan. With its gentle, overtone sound, it induces a state of focus, silence, and creativity. Participants don’t just listen, they create – even in the first few minutes, they produce beautiful tones without any prior experience.
The format develops active listening, a sense of rhythm, and overall energy within the group. It is suitable for festival chill zones, educational programs, corporate events, and cultural formats that seek depth and a new sound. Delicate yet memorable, the handpan speaks to both the mind and the heart.

Live music with character – that’s the heart of our concert program. We work with leading musicians with a predominantly acoustic repertoire and a clearly recognizable style. We combine classical and non-traditional instruments – from handpan, choir, and strings to didgeridoo, percussion, and live looping – to create a sound that is accessible, intriguing, and emotionally powerful.
We select the artists and format according to the context – from solo and chamber performances to extended collaborations with a choir or instrumental ensemble. The sound can be atmospheric background music during the day or a strong evening accent, lasting between 45 and 75 minutes.
We can participate with a standalone concert program or incorporate it into a broader structure with a rhythm circle and fire show to create a complete stage experience tailored to the audience and location.

Who are we?
Behind “Rhythm and Flame” stands a professional team of artists, musicians, and event organizers specializing in interactive formats for corporate, municipal, and festival environments.
We believe in the power of lived experience and shared creativity, and we have many years of experience in creating workshops, concerts, and cultural formats that connect people beyond words.
The project was born out of a partnership between Zendo Sounds, the “Koncerti.BG” Association, The Bright Eye fire dance performance group, and a network of like-minded individuals united by the desire to create events that truly resonate.

How do we work?
Based in Sofia, we operate throughout the country with a minimum of two weeks’ notice. We organize private and corporate events, festivals, campaigns, and cultural formats, partnering with companies, municipalities, and institutions seeking inspiring and memorable experiences.
