For international orders, all handpans are shipped with FedEx.
We charge different shipping costs depending on the goods ordered and the country of destination. All shipping costs and fees are clearly communicated during the order process in the shipping section.
Shipping costs for handpans are €60.
Shipping costs for other goods and accessories are €10 / €25, depending on the destination and type of goods.
Shipping times may vary depending on the destination country.
When shipping to non-EU countries, additional taxes or costs (e.g. customs duties) may be incurred upon import of your order. These charges are not paid or invoiced by us and must be paid directly by you to the relevant customs or tax authorities. You will receive a corresponding notification from the responsible customs office or parcel service upon delivery. Please contact the relevant authorities for further details.
The delivery cost is added to the total amount of the order and paid together with it.
The delivery time for orders within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria is from 7 to 10 working days after payment is received.
The User has the right to return or exchange the parcel within 14 days of receipt. In case of return or exchange, the cost of returning the goods to the Seller shall be borne by the User.
The Seller shall not be liable for non-fulfillment of an order in cases where the User has provided false, incomplete, and/or inaccurate personal data, including an incomplete, inaccurate, or fictitious address or telephone number.

We do not store details of bank cards used to pay via the site.
In the event of a cancellation, the refund is made on the same card used to make the payment.
The ordered goods will be shipped after the money is credited to our account.
