How will I receive my parcel?

Your parcel will be carefully sent by courier to all parts of Bulgaria as all handpans have free shipping. If you happen to be in Sofia, you can come to our showroom and pick up the instrument you want on the spot – just make sure you’re in advance. book an appointment to have someone meet you ;)

How to care for your handpan?

In the box, you will find a care kit – oil and a microfiber cloth. You can use them before your handpan flies off to a damp or wet area. Simply use a few drops to lubricate the instrument. It is also a good idea to do this preventively every few months to keep your handpan in good condition.
