DELIVERY AND PAYMENT METHOD<\/h2>

We charge different shipping costs depending on the goods ordered and the country of destination. All shipping costs and fees are clearly communicated during the order process in the shipping section. <\/p>

Shipping costs for handpans are \u20ac60.
Shipping costs for other goods and accessories are \u20ac10 \/ \u20ac25, depending on the destination and type of goods.<\/a><\/strong><\/p>

Delivery costs are borne by the Consumer. In the event of a return or exchange, the cost of returning the goods to the Trader is borne by the Consumer. <\/p>

When shipping to non-EU countries, additional taxes or costs (e.g. customs duties) may be incurred upon import of your order. These charges are not paid or invoiced by us and must be paid directly by you to the relevant customs or tax authorities. You will receive a corresponding notification from the responsible customs office or parcel service upon delivery. Please contact the relevant authorities for further details.<\/a><\/p>

The delivery cost is added to the total amount of the order and paid together with it. <\/p>

The delivery time for orders within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria is from 7 to 10 working days after payment is received. <\/p>

The User has the right to return or exchange the parcel within 14 days of receipt. In case of return or exchange, the cost of returning the goods to the Seller shall be borne by the User.<\/p>

The Seller shall not be liable for non-fulfillment of an order in cases where the User has provided false, incomplete, and\/or inaccurate personal data, including an incomplete, inaccurate, or fictitious address or telephone number.<\/strong><\/p>

Payment methods:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

Secure debit\/credit card payment through the myPOS payment system.
Types of cards accepted: VISA, Mastercard, JCB, UPI, American Express, Bancontact,
We do not store details of bank cards used to pay via the site.
In the event of a cancellation, the refund is made on the same card used to make the payment.<\/p>

2) Payable via UNI Credit Bulbank<\/a><\/p>

Payment by instalments is available only for handpan instruments in Bulgaria.<\/strong><\/p>

Buy your handpan on an instalment plan with 0% interest<\/strong> when you choose a 6-month repayment period.<\/p>

You can apply for an instalment plan directly online or with the help of one of our advisers at Zendo Space<\/a><\/strong> \u2013 our showroom in Sofia.<\/p>

The process is quick and easy \u2013 all you need is your identity card and to be registered with social security to start the procedure.<\/p>

Please note that instalment payments are not available for other products in the shop.<\/strong><\/p>
